Itinerary

Trekkers Nepal will arrange an agent to receive and welcome you from the terminal. After you are received, you will be taken to your respective hotel, where the agent will give you a brief on the trekking plans ahead. After that, you can rest for the day at your hotel and prepare yourself for the trek the next day. *Included meals: Breakfast Lunch Dinner
After your early morning breakfast, you will be seated in a private Jeep and take a long mountain drive to Dharapani via Chamaje. First, we will head from Kathmandu to Chmaje, then Chamje to Dharapani. In order to reach Chamje, we will cross another popular place called Beshishar where we will have our lunch. During the drive, you will experience both smooth and bumpy roads. Although the road is bumpy, the scenic views of mountains, hills, and villages will be rewarding. Once we reach Dharapani after 10 hours of jeep drive, we will have our dinner and rest at a local lodge overnight. *Included meals: Breakfast Lunch Dinner
Today, on our route to Chame, the administrative center for the Manang District, we traverse a couple forested ridges. Throughout the trek, we shall pass a Tibetan Buddhist-related stone entrance known as Chorten. We will ascend to Tyanja and then walk, taking in the sights of the falls and the pine forest as we make our way to Kuyper. Then from Kyupar we ultimately head to Chame admiring amazing views of the Himalayas including Lamjung Himal, Annapurna II, and Annapurna IV (7,525m/24,688ft). We also come across several little hot springs on our hike today, where we may cool off and relax our sore muscles. At night we will spend our time in a local lodge. *Included meals: Breakfast Lunch Dinner
Today, we start our trek early morning as we have a lot to cover. While we trek from Chame to Pisang, we will come across dense forests and a suspension bridge. We will reach the stunning curved rock face, rising 1500m from the river, along a steep, narrow road through a very deep forest. The trail is carved into the vertical rock in this area, which is most likely the steepest part of the Marshyangdi Valley. The valley opens out with magnificent vistas once you have passed this final section of granite. The Paungda Danda, a gigantic, sloping rock wall that towers more than 5,000 feet (1500 meters) above the trail, is situated to the right as the valley expands. We trek for a while before reaching Pisang where we spend the night. *Included meals: Breakfast Lunch Dinner
There are two ways to go to Manang, but we pick the road that leads through Geru to Upper Pisang. This route ensures spectacular views of the breathtaking surroundings and the towering mountains, including Pisang and Annapurna. Today, we start to see a difference in the vegetation and scenery. The environment is also made more worse by the cold and dry climate. We will remember our brief visit to Barge Monastery, the biggest monastery in the entire Manang district. We stay overnight at Manang. *Included meals: Breakfast Lunch Dinner
The importance of adequate acclimatization increases during high-altitude trekking. Therefore, on this day we spent the whole day at Manag village. We'll go on a brief walk around and learn about the geography and people of Manang and acclimatize at the same time. For a short walk, we can go to Bhojo Gumba and Gangapurna Lake. Besides, if your overall body condition is ok, we can make a hike to the 4500-meter height at the ice lake from where you can see the best lake view with the Annapurna and Annapurna Himalaya range view. However, the hike will be around 6 hours long. In the end, we stay overnight at the Manang hotel. *Included meals: Breakfast Lunch Dinner
After a day of relaxation in Manang, we'll head in the direction of the Tilicho Lake trail. We will descend to reach Khangsar, a Tibetan village popular for a historic community of Tibetan Buddhists. We then trek to Shreekharka from where we will trek along the new path and observe colourful monasteries. The downward route will be taken instead of the upper one because it is more straightforward and less difficult. We will eventually arrive at the Tillicho Base Camp after the demanding walk. *Included meals: Breakfast Lunch Dinner
On this day we need to start trekking to Tilicho base camp around morning 4 am. We will climb to Tilicho lake which is incredibly beautiful, quiet, serene, and chilling. We rest there for some time enjoying Tilicho Lake's azure water. Then we come back to Tilicho base camp and eat breakfast. After that, we trek back to Shreekharka and stay overnight there. *Included meals: Breakfast Lunch Dinner
As the trail ascends to Yak Kharka, we will be descending from Srikharka to Manang today. The trail leaves Manang Village, passes a creek, ascends to Tenki Village, and then continues to climb out of the Marshyangdi Valley before turning northwest and ascending Jarsang Khola Valley. The trail follows this valley northward, passing a few pastures and juniper trees, as it steadily gains elevation. The trail continues close to the tiny community of Ghunsa, which is marked by a collection of mud-roofed structures. The trail now passes by meadows where horses and yaks graze. The trail crosses an old Mani wall in a lovely meadow after crossing a little river on a wooden bridge, and after that, it comes to Yak Kharka, another small settlement. Once we reach Yak Karka, we stay overnight there. *Included meals: Breakfast Lunch Dinner
From the Yak Kharka, we will rise and then descend toward the suspension bridge and reach Ledar village. It will be a difficult two-hour journey. Before arriving at Thorang Phedi, the final settlement before Thorong La pass, we climb higher and pass through impressive rocks. We are rewarded for doing this excursion with one of the nicest views of Mt. Gudang, Mt. Syagang, Thorung Peak, and Mt. Khatungkan. The Nepalese word "Phedi" means "mountain foot" in English. The walk subsequently ascends to Thorong Phedi, which is located at 4,525 meters. We ultimately reach Thorong Phedi with an uphill walk where we spend our night. *Included meals: Breakfast Lunch Dinner
Our main goal for today will be to cross Thorong La pass, one of the highest passes in the world. The simplest and safest way to traverse the pass is from east to west (Manang to Muktinath). We get up around 3 in the morning and start the trek as the track is typically under the control of strong winds after 10 am. Your climb will be followed by a view of the magnificent Alps. We understand that our trek was worthwhile when we reach the summit. Before traveling to Muktinath Valley at the base of the Thorong La pass, we can take a few pictures. We finally reach Muktinath Temple where we can observe several countless monasteries around, a hot spring naturally heated by natural gas and an "everlasting flame". After visiting these places, we have our lunch and drive to the Jomsom to stay overnight. *Included meals: Breakfast Lunch Dinner
In the early morning after we have our breakfast, we head to the airport and fly to Pokhara. Flight duration to reach Pokhara is only 25 minutes from the Jomsom. After reaching Pokhara, we will travel to our respective hotels and then have our lunch. Later, we can go sightseeing around the lakeside or enjoy the nightlife in Pokhara city. We'll spend the night at Pokhara. *Included meals: Breakfast Lunch Dinner
We drive back to Kathmandu today. During the trip, try to get your car's left window to provide you with views of the vegetation, mountains, river gorges, villages, and terraces. ( If you want to take a flight from Pokhara to Kathmandu, it will just take 25 minutes). We shall have a farewell supper that night in a conventional Nepalese restaurant.
