One of the most recently explored and well-liked expedition spots for peak climbing in mid-Western Nepal is Saribung mountain. The Saribung mountain stands 6328 meters tall and is located in the northeast of Lo-Manthang, close to the Nepal-Tibet border. Participating in peak climbing here will give you a wonderful opportunity to discover the distinctive Tibetan plateau of the Himalayas and the settlements behind Lo-Manthang mountain. Although no prior mountaineering expertise is necessary for the trip, it is physically demanding due to the steep, icy trails that must be ascended in order to pass through the Saribung La pass. The journey to the different breathtaking vistas of the Land Beyond the Mountains is part of the experience of climbing a Himalayan peak.
